The food quality left much to be desired, with many dishes lacking freshness and variety.

The service was painfully poor. i can’t believe i had to ask for two sugar packs and they ran out. i woudl ve been more than happy with a room upgrade since we faced plumbing issues in both our bathrooms. let’s not even talk about the terrible food, which was clearly not fresh at all.

Perfect for a family getaway!
What a stay! The reception team was super friendly, especially Mr Amr. The room offered a stunning view of the pool and sea. We loved the a la carte dinners! There were some issues with the Wi-Fi though, just a bit inconsistant at times.

Had a fab time with the kids enjoying the water slides and the cozy atmosphere. The outdoor pool and garden area were perfect for relaxing after a fun-filled day. The only bummer was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t take away from our awesome stay! 😊

Perfect beach vibes in Sharm 🌊
The service was next level, ja, the staff were like family, so friendly and always smiling. The beach? Just lekker! The views from the room blew me away, and the food was on point, especially the brekkies. Little touches like staff remembering my name were just brilliant.
The only downside was the quietness, not many people around, but it wasn’t a complete deal-breaker.
